在使用特殊細(xì)菌檢出用Primer Set 對(duì)病原菌進(jìn)行PCR檢測(cè)時(shí)，本制品Positive Control Template可用于確認(rèn)PCR反應(yīng)的正常進(jìn)行。 以Positive Control Template作為模板進(jìn)行PCR擴(kuò)增獲得的產(chǎn)物在660-700范圍內(nèi)，與病原菌樣本模板擴(kuò)增獲得的產(chǎn)物(100-550 bp)大小不同，一旦有Positive Control Template混入病原菌樣本，也可以區(qū)分。請(qǐng)根據(jù)引物來(lái)選擇模板。
