(重組型laminin-511)

培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)在干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)中有重要的作用，如維持干細(xì)胞性，維持正常核型，維持表達(dá)干細(xì)胞標(biāo)志物等。作為一款重組型的laminin-511 E8片段，iMatrix-511是一種改進(jìn)型的干細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)基質(zhì)。iMatrix-511提供了一種xeno-free的培養(yǎng)環(huán)境，并且允許在不含飼養(yǎng)層的情況下使用。另外，iMatrix-511相比較全長(zhǎng)型laminin、vitronectin、Matrigel，賦予了細(xì)胞更強(qiáng)的貼壁特性。

· Promotes high expression of pluripotency markers, normal karyotype, and retained ability to differentiate into all three germ layers
