The Cellartis Hepatocyte Differentiation Kit用于誘導(dǎo)內(nèi)胚層細(xì)胞(definitive endoderm (DE))獲取肝細(xì)胞。通過使用本產(chǎn)品獲取的肝細(xì)胞表現(xiàn)出符合預(yù)期的代謝酶表達(dá),從而可以用于藥物代謝研究和毒理學(xué)篩選。本產(chǎn)品包含足夠的維持培養(yǎng)基用于正常為期11天的實(shí)驗(yàn)。
The Cellartis Hepatocyte Differentiation Kit可以對(duì)廣泛來源的DE細(xì)胞進(jìn)行定向分化:客戶自己的DE細(xì)胞,或是Cellartis提供的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化DE細(xì)胞,或是客戶利用Cellartis Definitive Endoderm Differentiation Kit獲得的DE細(xì)胞。據(jù)估計(jì),現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)有28種發(fā)源于人類干細(xì)胞的DE細(xì)胞被成功測試可以使用本產(chǎn)品。特別地,如果客戶是用于大規(guī)模、要求持續(xù)穩(wěn)定獲得肝細(xì)胞的相關(guān)用途,Cellartis推薦Definitive Endoderm Cells (from ChiPSC18),用作起始DE細(xì)胞材料,或是用作陽性對(duì)照品。如果客戶要求的DE是來自于自有的樣本材料(patient-specific, or disease-specific),建議使用Cellartis iPS Cell to Hepatocyte Differentiation System (Cat. Definitive endoderm (DE) cells were differentiated into hepatocytes using the Cellartis Hepatocyte Differentiation Kit. The first field of view, labeled “Definitive Endoderm Day 7,” shows DE cells seven days after differentiation from human pluripotent cells. These DE cells became the starting material for the differentiation kit. The remaining progression from DE cells to hepatocytes shows the expected morphology over a 14-day time period. The morphological features present in the last field of view, labeled “Hepatocyte Day 21+,” continue stably past Day 21.
