■ 產(chǎn)品說明

SmartChip MyDesign Kit包括1張空白芯片，以及配合芯片使用的其它實驗耗材。Nanodispenser 384-Well Source Plate and Seal用于承載引物、反應(yīng)試劑及實驗樣品，再通過SmartChip液體分注平臺添加到芯片中。
SmartChip Probe qPCR Master Mix和SmartChip TB Green Gene Expression Master Mix是為SmartChip系統(tǒng)設(shè)計優(yōu)化的2×反應(yīng)預(yù)混試劑。分別用于雙色熒光探針法基因分型檢測和染料法基因表達檢測。優(yōu)化后的試劑更適合液體分注平臺的微量分注操作，擴增重復(fù)性好，檢測靈敏度高，是SmartChip系統(tǒng)高通量qPCR檢測的良好選擇。
